ISMSC, the International Symposium on Macrocyclic and Supramolecular Chemistry, came from a fusion of the International Symposium on Macrocyclic Chemistry, ISMC, and the International Symposium on Supramolecular Chemistry, ISSC.These meetings combined in 2006 and since then the meeting has been held on an annual basis in a different location around the world with the 2019 event being held in Lecce in Italy.

In 2020 the conference will be held at Sydney University close to the heart of the city of Sydney in Australia. The university is famous for its heritage neogothic buildings and sprawling parklands with its campus being ranked in the top10 of the world’s most beautiful universities by the British Daily Telegraph.

ISMSC2020 will provide a forum for the discussion of all aspects of macrocyclic & supramolecular chemistry, including nanoscience and materials science.
The conference will allow local and international experts in the field from academia, industry and research centres to network and build connections between research and practice, advancing the knowledge base in this growing scientific field.

ISMSC2020 will follow the great traditions of the conference series and should attract around 400 delegates including the foremost world renowned leaders in the macrocyclic & supramolecular chemistry field from both the research and industrial areas. By being our commercial partner you will have direct access to both international and Australian cohorts of actively involved chemists and be able to showcase your market offerings to a targeted, receptive audience.

A range of partnership opportunities exist ranging from the “top of the line partnerships” for those who wish to have a full presence through to those only interested in exhibition space and finally those with limited resources who would like to be involved and support smaller activities.
The conference organisers are willing to consider any ideas outside the standard offerings that will enhance the event for both the supporters and the delegates.
